- Health Insurance – Health insurance cover for employee and all her/his dependents to an extent of INR 3,00,000/-. This includes spouse, dependent parents and up to 3 kids (till the age of 25 years). This benefit also includes maternity expenses up to INR 50,000/-. This is a CASHLESS benefit and with zero copay facility.
- Workmen compensation Insurance – Workmen Compensation insurance which assures that all medical treatment will be borne through this insurance in case the employee meets with an accident at the office premises during office hours.
- Accidental Insurance – Accidental insurance policy up to INR 3,00,000/- which covers death, permanent disablement, permanent partial disablement and temporary total disablement due to any accident. This benefit also covers ambulance charges, any OPD (Out Patient Department) expenses, purchase of blood, expenses related to burns in case of an ACCIDENT. This insurance provides benefit even when accident occurs off the office premises and out of office hours. This is not a cashless benefit and works on REIMBURSEMENT basis.
