Remingio “Remi” Silva – Chief Technologist

Remi is a high impact, results oriented technologist with extensive experience leading, managing, and transforming Fortune 500 companies, the Federal Government, and Department of Defense into the digital age and cloud leveraging proven repeatable information technology, security, and business reform initiative tactics, techniques, plans, policies, and procedures. Remi joined PRI in 2019 as the Chief Technologist.

As a former Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Senior Vice President, C-level Consultant, and Military Officer (US Army) with the Department of Defense, Commerce, Energy, and Corporate America, Remi has helped companies and the government realize their digital transformation and security goals, objectives, and vision in eight critical infrastructure sectors. Sectors include (e.g., Energy, Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare/Public, Information Technology, Logistics (Global Supply Chain), Communications, and Defense Industrial Base).

Remi’s expertise includes: Enterprise IT / Security Solutions Architect, Software/Hardware Life Cycle Management, Cyber Security (i.e. Data Management, Data Protection, End Point Management, Incident Response, Compliance), Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Internet of Things, Blockchain, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Transformation, Delivery, Program Management, and Policy. Remi has traveled globally to conduct digital transformation and business reform operations in North America, South American, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Remi attended Harvard University (J.F. Kennedy School of Government), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan), Northwestern University, Trinity University, and Penn State University earning a Master of Science degree in Global Logistics (Supply Chain Management), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Information Technology and attended numerous Senior Executive Programs earning professional certifications.

Remi is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, D.C. Cyber Security and InfoSec Professionals, MIT Center for Information Systems Research, and American Society of Logistics Professionals.
